Job Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of our digital content across all major platforms. This is a key role within our marketing team, responsible for enhancing Romans International’s online presence, growing our audience and engaging with them, and strengthening our position as one of the leading supercar dealerships in Europe.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
2. Plan and manage the production of high-quality photo and video content, working with internal staff, freelance photographers and videographers.
3. Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, stories, and campaigns.
4. Monitor social trends, community sentiment, and relevant topics to inform content decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support vehicle promotions, event coverage, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
6. Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across all platforms.
7. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry partners.
