What the Job Involves Support the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning. Champion excellent professional practice and development at regional and national levels. Provide operational and motivational leadership for alternatively qualified workforce. Lead and support the implementation of the Families First Programme. Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training opportunities. Conduct audits and quality assurance to enhance practice standards and outcomes. Initial placement is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months. This full-time role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Liverpool.
