Consultant / Care Coordinator
Location: Crossgates, Leeds
Salary: £30,000 + commission
Hours: Full-time, office-based
Lilac Alliance Ltd is growing! We’re looking for a confident, organised, and people-focused Consultant / Care Coordinator to join our busy Leeds office. At Lilac Alliance, we provide high-quality support staff to services supporting children, the elderly, and people with learning disabilities or mental health needs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding care by recruiting, coordinating, and supporting our team of temporary workers.
What you’ll do:
· Advertise roles, screen applicants, and conduct TEAMS interviews.
· Manage compliance: DBS, references, Right to Work, and training.
· Build and maintain shift rotas to meet client demand.
· Maintain excellent relationships with staff and clients.
· Take part in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
· Help to steadily increase branch hours by Business Development contact.
What you’ll bring:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident and professional telephone manner.
· Strong IT skills (CRM, Excel, etc.).
· Organised, proactive, and people-oriented.
· Experience in recruitment, staffing, or care coordination is an advantage.
