The Role
Join to apply for the Senior Brand Copywriter role. You will own and drive the copy strategy in line with the brands’ vision—the creative and strategic mind behind all internal and external written communications. Develop and implement brand-wide tone of voice strategies, creating copy that informs, inspires and entertains, and converts—whether it’s a global press release, blog series, CRM campaigns, internal HR documents, global eCommerce content, or B2B marketing toolkits. Work cross-functionally to ensure copy is impactful and aligned with each brand’s purpose and personality. This role requires adaptability, precision, and the ability to switch between formats and audiences with ease.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the copy strategy across all brands, including tone of voice across all communication touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance in every message.
* Write and optimise copy for a wide variety of platforms and formats, including CRM (emails, flows, promotions), social media, website content (landing pages, banners, categories), and campaign copy.
* Develop and execute blog concepts, and copy in line with campaign launches, seasonal trends and searches.
* Produce press releases, PR kits, brand books, and lookbooks; compose business communications (HR documents, investor packs, partnership documents, pitches, internal comms); create B2B toolkits for Beyond Fulfilment.
* Direct the tone of product descriptions ensuring consistent guidelines and inclusion of relevant product details (USPs).
* Develop storytelling around key brand initiatives (ESG, partnerships, seasonal campaigns).
* Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Social, CRM, Design, and eCommerce to align messaging and campaign objectives.
* Create localised and culturally relevant content for international sites and regional markets.
* Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with keyword strategies using analytics and SEO tools.
* Refine copy guidelines in line with brand evolution, performance insights, and customer feedback; research industry trends and competitive messaging to inform strategies.
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in a senior copywriting or communications role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce. Agency and/or brand-side experience is required.
* Strong portfolio across multiple tones, formats, and platforms—from editorial to technical.
* Proven ability to manage tone of voice for multiple brands with different audiences (B2C and B2B).
* Confident with SEO best practices and tools, with a data-driven mindset for improving copy performance.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong editing, grammar, and spelling skills.
* Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities; autonomous with high-quality output at pace.
* Creative thinker with a commercial mindset—balancing brand storytelling with business objectives.
* Experience using Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, Shopify (preferred but not required), and AI tools for content ideation or optimisation.
