Key Responsibilities Manage and process customer orders in SAP, including spares, overhauls, and retrofit activities. Act as a key liaison point between internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance) and external customers. Ensure timely and accurate order handling, delivery tracking, and documentation. Support financial and commercial accuracy, ensuring costs, warranty claims, and delivery performance are tracked. Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement in order and delivery processes. Experience Required SAP experience is essential. Background in order management, customer service, or commercial coordination in an engineering or manufacturing environment (gas turbines or energy sector experience desirable). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured processes.
