About the role
Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a quick snack, we're here to provide excellent service. As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment.
With your dedication to service and understanding of health and safety standards, you'll help make each day better. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, staying updated with menu and initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for
* Serving customers efficiently and courteously
* Resolving complaints and informing the Café Manager
* Managing stock rotation and adhering to food safety regulations
* Accepting deliveries and storing food safely
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Keeping up with business communications and initiatives
* Knowing the menu thoroughly and preparing drinks
You will need
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness
