As Management Accountant, you'll work closely with the Head of Finance, acting as a trusted partner across the business. You'll be responsible for producing accurate, timely and insightful management information, driving meaningful analysis, and supporting informed commercial decision-making that underpins the company's ongoing growth.

The Role
You'll deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support both operational and strategic objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and analyse weekly P&L reports
Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Perform cost analysis, margin tracking, and performance reviews
Provide commercial insight to guide strategic decisions
Improve reporting tools, controls, and processes
Collaborate with teams across operations and finance
What We're Looking For
ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part-qualified or solid QBE
Experience in a similar Management Accounting role
Strong Excel and financial systems capability
Sharp commercial awareness and attention to detail
A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a busy environment
