Drive high-value sales, manage complex enquiries, and maximise conversion through strategic follow-up. Support showroom leadership with merchandising standards, product launches, and operational improvements. Mentor and guide junior sales staff, modelling best-practice customer engagement. Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referral growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, and sales documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Skills & Experience Proven success in showroom, retail, or consultative sales roles at a senior or advanced level. Strong ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Confident in handling complex sales conversations and closing high-value deals. Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members. Comfortable working across varied product categories in a fast-growing environment.
