Payroll Manager
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a PE backed group with exciting growth plans for the future. You will manage the payroll team and work closely with senior management as the group embarks on a transformation programme to improve and enhance current processes and procedures.
In addition to expertise in payroll processing, we specifically seek someone with experience in payroll systems changes/migrations. You will take responsibility for the payroll change project, lead it, and use your expertise to build a more effective and efficient payroll service for the group.
Responsibilities
* Lead the payroll team to deliver accurate payroll processing
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Ensure compliance with regulations across the payroll function, including holiday pay, statutory payments, and GDPR
* Manage pension administration and compliance
* Work collaboratively with other parts of the group
