A versatile role that incorporates safety checks, reception and other general hotel tasks. Delivering a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of the systems we use, our room offerings and the ability to be a storyteller with our guests.· Safety checks are conducted in accordance with our policies.. Property security.· Handling early departures and late arrivals.· Phone calls are answered and dealt with in a professional manner.· Assist with general guest enquiries including making a reservation.
