Vacancy Brief:
* The job role is that of a Temp to Perm Housing Manager.
* This is a potential temp to perm vacancy.
* A full-time role, 37.5 hours per week
* Work pattern is Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
* Pay rate for this vacancy is £20.40 PAYE or £25.48 Umbrella.
* Permanent Salary is £38,326.07 per annum
* A current Enhanced DBS covering Adult and Child workforce will be required for this job role.
* Full UK Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is needed.
* This vacancy will entail the responsibility for 13 staff members. The number of bed spaces managed is 43 supported accommodation units.
The Responsibilities:
* In your job role as a Housing Manager, you will work pro-actively with key partners, local stakeholders and complementary agencies to ensure the service has an excellent local and regional profile.
* You will lead in the planning and allocation of work and provide overall performance management through effective goal setting, support, striving for excellence, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation.
* An important aspect of your role will be to review, monitor and evaluate service provision, identifying opportunities for improvements and agreeing and implementing change where appropriate.
* You will be taking responsibility for performance management issues within the project, including staffing and targets and performance indicators.
* As a Senior Housing Manager, you will have a clear understanding of Supported Exempt Accommodation
* Furthermore, in your job role as a Housing Manager, you will review and monitor the housing processes and procedures to maintain compliance with housing law and the organisations policies.
