Salary: Up to £68,000 depending on experience

About Grove and Citizen Hub
Citizen Hub is a community-led infrastructure model designed to rebuild trust, opportunity and connection at a local level. Each hub is an independent Community Interest Company operating under licence from Grove.
We are scaling from two operational hubs to a national network of ten over the next three years. This role exists to make that scale disciplined, credible and repeatable.
The Role
The National Hub Deployment Director is responsible for launching, embedding and strengthening Citizen Hubs across the UK.
You will take new locations from signed agreement through to stable operation. You will ensure each hub is launched with fidelity to the model, strong local leadership, and the right governance, systems and culture in place.
You are not designing the model. You are rolling it out properly.
Core Responsibilities
Lead onboarding of new franchise partners and translate the Citizen Hub model into local delivery plans.
Support venue readiness, launch planning and recruitment of Hub Managers.
Provide weekly coaching during launch phase and transition to structured oversight once stable.
Ensure compliance with licence agreements including safeguarding, financial reporting and data integrity.
Conduct quarterly operational reviews and trigger support or remediation where necessary.
Act as operational bridge between Grove and all hubs, standardising reporting and performance dashboards.
Represent Grove operationally at local level and support national stakeholder relationships.
What Success Looks Like
Year 1: Three new hubs launched with strong foundations and operational dashboards embedded across Cambridgeshire. To add to our original site in St Neots and South West London.
Year 2: Five hubs are stable with a strong peer learning culture and minimal crisis intervention, with two to three new hubs going online!
Year 3: Ten hubs operating with consistent standards and visible national performance data.
Experience Required
Multi-site rollout or regional expansion experience.
Experience within a franchise, trust or replicated model.
Strong operational and financial oversight experience.
Performance management and leadership development capability.
Experience embedding governance and safeguarding processes.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and boards.
