We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our London St Paul's location.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
* Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression.
* Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
* Help manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
* Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
