We are looking to recruit a sales adviser to join our sales team based in the West Midlands region.
No sales experience is required; however, you should be self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates who will have a passion for delivering first-class customer service. You will be happy running your own development and have the energy and drive to help customers with their home-buying journey from start to finish. You will be rewarded with excellent earning opportunities and the chance to shape your career with a leading national house-building company.
As this is a regional site-based role, your standard working pattern will be Thursday-Monday, with access to your own transport to commute to sites within the region.
