About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with vulnerable pupils who may be excluded from mainstream education, helping them manage their behaviour, build positive relationships, and engage with learning. You'll provide consistent, positive support, assist in behaviour management, and work alongside teaching staff and external agencies to create a safe and inclusive environment.
