A beautiful, award-winning country inn with rooms is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. Proudly holding 2 AA Rosettes, the property is known for its seasonal menus, refined modern British cooking, and commitment to exceptional local produce.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Head Chef and supportive senior team, contributing to the creation of high-quality dishes across both the restaurant and private dining operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to develop skills in a professional, rosette-level kitchen while maintaining a healthy worklife balance in a calm countryside setting.
The Role
Running and maintaining a designated section
Preparing dishes to a consistently high 2 Rosette standard
Supporting junior team members
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fresh-food kitchen
Experience in a rosette or fine-dining kitchen preferred
Passion for seasonal British produce
Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
A genuine team player with a positive attitude
