Are you a seasoned Programme Manager with a passion for driving innovation and ensuring regulatory compliance?
As the Senior Programme Manager you will be responsible for managing a critical project focused on player safety and the implementation of a robust Single Customer View (SCV) solution. This is a pivotal role that will have a direct impact on the company's ability to maintain regulatory compliance and provide a secure, seamless experience for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the development and implementation of player safety and compliance-driven solutions, collaborating closely with the Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
2. Ensure the SCV implementation spans all companies under the regulatory scope, maintaining a unified and protected customer data visibility.
3. Refine and adjust customer protection rules, particularly for high-value customers, in collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
4. Demonstrate a proven ability to meet timelines and deliver the right outcomes, working closely with Compliance and Commercial teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
5. Extensive experience as a Senior Programme Manager in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of the betting and gaming sector.
6. Knowledge of Player Safety and Single Customer View protocols.
7. Proven track record of stakeholder influence and integrating projects into large-scale programmes.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
9. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices in the industry.
10. Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and the implementation of customer protection solutions.
