Summary
The Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) at Regis College is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer for the Fall 2025 semester who specializes in Mathematics to teach a Quantitative Reasoning lab. This laboratory course supplements a college level lecture course that covers logic and problem solving, quantitative information in everyday life, mathematical modeling, and other real-world applications. The course is designed to enhance the ability of students to analyze quantitative information, and it serves as foundation for other courses in mathematics. Classes begin September 2, 2025; this lab section is taught in-person. The lab runs on Wednesdays 10:00 -11:15 am.
Essential Functions
* Teach this lab at the Weston campus and engage with all responsibilities associated with teaching the section: grading, office hours, student engagement, and academic assessment.

Requirements
* Minimum requirement: An earned MS in Mathematics or a similar field. PhDs welcome.
* Demonstrated evidence of at least three years prior teaching experience (lectures and labs) at the undergraduate level.

* Demonstrated familiarity with academic assessment.
* Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle is preferred but not required.
