Main Responsibility
1. Support crisis and incident teams with data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations
2. Analyse quality metrics and communicate performance trends for improvement opportunities
3. Develop and maintain the Quality Scorecard, highlighting areas of concern and potential solutions
4. Coordinate cross-functional complaint investigations, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction
5. Lead or support root cause analysis for quality incidents and escalate findings appropriately
6. Enhance systems for consistent data capture, reporting, and analysis across teams and sites
7. Ensure compliance with relevant company standards and report non-conformances proactively
8. Deliver guidance on quality systems procedures and support operational excellence initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate
9. Proven experience in quality assurance, performance analysis, or manufacturing operations
10. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
11. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with root cause analysis methodologies
12. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
13. Familiarity with FMCG environments, ideally within food, beverage, or spirits sectors
