An exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to work alongside our motivated team of nurses and health‑care professionals in a busy Care of the Elderly ward.
Main Duties
 * Dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic support as part of the team.
 * Ordering, organising and maintaining store supplies.
 * Completion of daily and weekly audits and escalation of non‑compliance findings to the ward manager or nurse in charge.
 * Ensuring high standards of nursing care are adhered to at all times.

 * Organisational and time‑management abilities.
 * Flexible and able to manage a busy workload.
Person Specification
Education
 * NVQ Level 2 (relevant).
 * GCSE A‑C or equivalent.
Desirable Education
 * Willingness to progress to NVQ Level 3 or holding NVQ Level 3.
Work Experience
 * Demonstrated competence at band 3 level.
Knowledge
 * Understanding of hospital environment.
 * Basic knowledge of patients’ needs and their relatives.
Abilities
 * Teamwork and flexibility.
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 * Professional attitude and ability to adapt to varying situations.
 * Assertive negotiating skills.
Desirable

 * Welsh speaking proficiency.
