Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Submission Coordinator (ECO4) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing submissions for ECO4 projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting the smooth delivery of energy efficiency initiatives. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong technical knowledge of ECO4 measures and surveys, and the ability to liaise effectively with energy companies, surveyors, and internal teams.
Duties
* Manage the submission of ECO4 projects in line with scheme requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure all documentation and evidence meet Ofgem and energy company compliance standards.
* Coordinate with surveyors, installers, and internal teams to collect and verify technical data.
* Review survey reports and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain clear communication with energy companies to track submissions and resolve queries.
* Prepare and update reports on submission progress, compliance, and project status.
* Use relevant software systems for document management and submission tracking.
* Support management with audits, compliance checks, and continuous process improvements.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an ECO4, ECO3, or related energy efficiency scheme is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of ECO4 compliance requirements, technical surveys, and funding processes.
* Familiarity with working alongside energy companies and handling submission evidence.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Strong clerical and data management skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of documentation accurately.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and document management platforms is an advantage.
