The Role at a Glance
* Position:Healthcare Assistant
* Pay Rate:Competitive £15 to £18 per hour
* Schedule:Flexible 24-hour shift patterns
* Location:Carleton Clinic hospital, Carlisle CA1 3SX
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding, patient-centered care.
* Supporting the nursing staff and wider multidisciplinary team.
* Maintaining precise and confidential patient records.
* Assisting with medication administration under the direction of qualified staff.
* Upholding the highest professional standards and Trust policies.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
* Essential:Prior experience in the UK working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
* Essential:A strong understanding of mental health conditions and best practices.
* Essential:A deep sense of compassion and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
* Bonus:A Care Certificate
* Mandatory:For the safety of our patients and staff, BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are required for this position.**
* Mandatory: 6 months of Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience within the NHS or Private Hospital**
