This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant with extended skills who wants to work in an acute and diverse environment within the Emergency Department. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and reliable, possess good communication skills and be able to work as part of a large team. You will assist clinical and nursing staff to deliver timely high quality care in line with Trust Values. You will possess NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent and ideally have extended skills in cannulation and ECG recording.

Eligibility & Salary
As per Agenda for Change, if you are new to the NHS your starting salary would be £24,937 (minimum Band 3 salary point from 1st April 2025 in line with National Living Wage requirements). This salary point is below the new minimum threshold for sponsorship, thus not eligible for a Health and Care Worker Visa.
