Requirements:
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in childcare.
* Possess hands-on experience in a nursery or early years setting, nurturing the growth of children aged 0-5.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
* Showcase exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
* Thrive in collaborative environments, contributing proactively while also displaying autonomy and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, £14 per hour (depending on experience)
