About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Surveyor to join our growing team covering East London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have previous surveying experience, strong knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes, and ideally come from a roofing background.

You will be responsible for carrying out detailed site surveys, diagnosing roofing issues, preparing specifications of work, and ensuring repairs and projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct roofing inspections and site surveys across residential and commercial properties
• Identify roofing defects, causes of leaks, and required remedial works
