I am working with a dynamic client who has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London operating across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments. My client are currently seeking to join our growing team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with main contracting and Procore experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage, organise and maintain project documentation using Procore Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and project correspondences. Work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure document control protocols are consistently followed. Support the implementation and development of document control procedures and systems. Track and report on document review cycles and approvals. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and client standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Document Controller working for a main contractor (essential). Experience using Procore or a similar EDMS platform (strongly preferred). A strong eye for detail and organisational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Clear understanding of document control processes and construction industry standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
