Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance the global financial reporting, controls, and transformation initiatives, spanning across Financial Shared Services, including P2P, O2C, Intercompany, Capital Accounting, Cash, R2R, and Payroll. Define and implement a strategic vision for the Finance Hub, aligning service delivery with business objectives and promoting best practices in financial management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and achieve operational excellence in finance. Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency in financial operations. Ensure rigorous financial control and compliance standards, preparing for audits and establishing robust governance frameworks. Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the function. Monitor and report on KPI and SLA performance, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for operational enhancement. Lead end-to-end ownership of finance transformation initiatives and readiness for change across the organization. Manage budgeting and financial planning for the global finance function, ensuring efficient and sustainable cost management. Represent the Finance Hub at senior leadership levels, driving visibility, influence, and strategic value across the organization. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership roles. Proven track record in managing large teams and driving innovation and transformation within finance. Expertise in Financial Shared Services, including P2P, O2C, Intercompany, Capital Accounting, Cash, R2R, and Payroll.
