Care Coordinator – Complex Care – Littlehampton (Hybrid) – £28,000 - £32,000 – Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a growing complex care provider based in Littlehampton.

The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week), with the remaining days based at the Littlehampton head office. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend requirements.
The Role
In this Care Coordinator role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
You will manage rotas, coordinate staff and support the ongoing delivery of complex care packages within the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate care packages, ensuring continuity and high standards of care
* Manage staff rotas and ensure full coverage across all packages
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families and care staff
* Support mobilisation and ongoing management of care packages
* Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe service delivery
* Manage day-to-day coordination and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
* Support communication, engagement and performance across the team
Requirements
* Experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary care is highly desirable
* Experience or exposure to complex care is advantageous
* Alternatively, strong experience in recruitment, scheduling or customer-facing roles will be considered
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* IT literate, including Microsoft Office and care systems
Package
* £28,000 - £32,000 salary
* Hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week)
* Monday to Friday only - no weekends
