Registered Manager - Children & Young Person Services
Brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager to work within Children\'s Residential!
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day to day operations
* Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date
* Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure
* Develop and implement bespoke & child centered care plans for the young people
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy\'s & Procedures
* Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.
* Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management

Essential
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management of Residential Care
* Extensive experience in managing young people\'s residential care
* Clear Understanding of Ofsted Standards & experience of leading Ofsted Inspections
* Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care Models & Practice
* Proven ability to lead and manage a Team with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals & families
