About the Role
Topline Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated female Health and Support Worker to provide in-home care and support services to our clients. We are committed to treating clients with respect, dignity, and ensuring strict confidentiality. Applicants must have a minimum of six months’ UK experience, and access to a personal vehicle is required. While training is provided, we expect candidates to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional care, meeting the highest standards of excellence in the industry.

Main Duties
* Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
* Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed
* Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications
* Must be in UK & access to a vehicle is required.
* Candidate must be able to start working ASAP.
* Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
