Job title: Senior Alliances Manager - Microsoft
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £85,000-£95,000 + Bonus + Benefits

You will be responsible for owning and growing the strategic partnership with Microsoft. The core mission is to deepen and shape relationships within Microsoft's sales and partnership teams. This role requires a strategic thinker, relationship management and the ability to represent the the business as a top-tier Microsoft partner.
With no signs of slowing down they are also on course for another record year of growth in 2025! There is a huge demand in their market at the moment for their portfolio of Cloud, Data/AI and Workplace solutions.
Ideal experience you will have:
* You are excellent at relationship and stakeholder management. You will need excellent relationship building skills both internally and with Microsoft.
* A proven track record record in achieving and hitting quota
* Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization
* You have good commercial experience, understanding of technology/services partnerships and how to build joint sales plans.
* You will understand Cloud and Data/AI in general and how they fit in the overall relationship with Microsoft.
* You are strong at problem solving. You will need critical thinking to deal with complex situations and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure
