Position Overview
This is a highly targeted, sales-focused role. Like all sales roles, it requires hard work and resilience, but it can also be highly rewarding within Homebase.
Your main goal will be to offer our customers exceptional service by selling them new kitchens, bathrooms, or bedrooms from our ranges.
Responsibilities include calling customers to follow up on leads, arranging appointments, producing quotes, conducting home visits, and using your creativity and sales skills to provide the best room solutions for their homes.
You will receive support from your store manager, divisional sales manager, and our L&D teams, who provide training and guidance. However, the ultimate responsibility for your performance lies with you.
