The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role within a passionate and supportive team. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will help to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading age-appropriate activities, supporting children during mealtimes, attending to their personal care, and fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s development, celebrating achievements and tracking progress.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, and maintain effective communication with parents and carers.
* Ensure the learning environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming at all times.
* Support children’s emotional well-being by offering encouragement, comfort, and reassurance when needed.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
* A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
