Job Description
3. Manage and monitor outstanding debts to ensure timely collections.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client accounts.
5. Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies efficiently.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate payment processes.
7. Prepare regular reports on account statuses and collections progress for the management team.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to address any billing or payment queries.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
12. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
14. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
15. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
16. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
