Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting in Central London for a global beauty brand, now seeking a full time Sales Consultant to join the team in Harrods department store. You will be comfortable working towards targets, building client relationships and be a natural seller.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be promoting products and driving sales within their haircare range.

Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant
* Customer service – Engage with customers and deliver an exceptional experience, whilst building long term relationships.
* Product knowledge – Stay up-to-date with the latest haircare products trends, and ingredients to offer informed guidance and foster brand loyalty.
* Sales & Targets – Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Brand Ambassadorship – Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and commitment to quality and luxury.
