Hours: both full and part time positions available
Salary (full time): Level 2 - £28,063; Level 3 - £28,730

Established in 2000, Paint Pots has grown to include six nurseries and seven pre-schools across Southampton and Hampshire. Our passionate team is dedicated to delivering high-quality early years education and care. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning, development and well-being.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Observe, assess and record children\'s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive and supportive atmosphere.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in your care.
* Follow policies, procedures and statutory requirements to ensure the highest standards of practice.

Requirements
* A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young children to learn, grow and flourish
