Years of Experience
2-3 years of digital design experience; 1-2 years of content strategy/design experience; prior software design and/or strategy experience preferred; graduate-level study may count toward 1-2 years of professional experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information sciences, design, journalism, industrial design, English studies, linguistics, or library science.

* Previous work utilizing GDS (Government Design System) is very desirable.

Craft
* Conduct content design activities including client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.
* Facilitate communication across disciplines at the project and account level to create alignment and efficiencies.
* Create content and key content design deliverables (content matrices, copy decks, presentation decks).
* Define content requirements based on relevant business objectives, technical information, and design considerations.
* Determine information architecture and content structure at the account level (sitemaps, content models, content templates, pattern libraries).
* Able to effectively craft content as needed for brevity, clarity, and maximum impact.
Project
* Support the delivery and ownership of the end-to-end content design of the experience, working in collaboration with client(s), design leads, and team members.
* Actively deliver content design activities at the project level, including stakeholder interviews and supporting consensus building.
* Comfortable with hybrid working; adaptable to working in studio and client’s office for collaboration.
Client
* Work with a variety of clients, especially in health and government sectors.
* Complete background checks such as BPSS as required by clients.
* Collaborate with client teams to understand user, business, and brand needs.
* Present ideas effectively, gather feedback, and iterate.
* Create quality client deliverables.
* Support new business development through expert input in pitches and meetings.

* Support and contribute to design research activities.
* Assist in planning studio and community events and workshops.
Skillset
* Translate business and customer requirements into compelling content across touchpoints.

* Experience in conducting workshops and interviews to validate designs.
