Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 08:15 - 18:15, Tuesday & Thursday 08:15 - 17:15
During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
About You
You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
The main duties will include:
* Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
* Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
* Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
* Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
* Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
