We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Blackpool/Preston areas. MUST BE BASED IN THE FY/PR POSTCODE AREA.
Salary: £33,700 - £36,800 P/A (OTE £44,000+).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends – Contractual).
Key duties/responsibilities:
* Travelling on a daily basis to customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
* Diagnosing, providing hands‑on troubleshooting, service, and repair to existing Stairlifts in the field.
* Meeting all target and deadlines professionally and timely.
* Providing high levels of customer service – ensuring satisfaction and implementing any necessary corrective actions with management assistance.
* Carrying out product update and safety checks safely.
* Communicating effectively with external customers and providing customer feedback.

The successful candidate will have:
* A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
