Requirements
Must have:
- Workday expertise across multiple modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, PSA, Time Tracking). - Strong understanding of HR and Finance processes and compliance requirements. - Experience in product ownership, agile delivery, and backlog management. - Familiarity with integration technologies (EIB, Studio, APIs) and testing frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Excellent business process re-engineering skills. - Ability to manage AMS vendors and enforce SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritise, and deliver enhancements and capabilities within the Workday platform. - Collaborate closely with HR and Finance Process Owners. - Act as a bridge between HR, Finance, IT, and external partners. - Ensure Workday transitions into an operational state smoothly and quickly. - Develop and maintain a roadmap for optimisation. - Ensure Workday remains optimised, compliant, and aligned with organisational strategy.
