Our client, based in Winnersh, is seeking an organised and proactive Finance & Administration Assistant to join its friendly team. This is a varied role that combines accounts payable duties along with providing general office admin support to the wider team.
* Salary - £26k - £28k depending on experience. Plus excellent benefits.
* Office-based in Winnersh
* 8.30am - 5.00pm
* Full driving license required
Key responsibilities:
* Posting supplier invoices
* Raising purchase orders
* Paying suppliers according to terms
* Reconcile supplier accounts monthly
* Processing of employee expenses, receipts, mileage etc
* Control car fleet and mobile phones
* Provide additional support for both the finance and administration department
* Assisting with processing customer orders
* Answering incoming calls
* Distribution of mail
* Meet and greet visitors and making beverages
* Order stationery
* Arrange lunches for meetings
* Arranging routine building maintenance
* Maintain telephone listings
* Manage company mailbox
Key skills:
1. Good working knowledge of accounts payable functions using Sage is advantageous
