Job Description:
A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.
As the most senior analyst on the team, the hire will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy. The hire will be the main point of contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and Traders. Since most back-office/operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight tasks, managing relationships with external service providers.
Project work is prominent; the hire will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python for major buildout initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will project manage junior staff on existing projects.
Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, IB, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
The role offers a salary range of £85,000-£115,000 with a 50% bonus potential for top performers. The firm will fully subsidize industry qualifications, and breakfast, lunch, and gym membership are provided.
