Key
Responsibilities:
* Delegate work assignments,
find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and
necessities.
* Assist in the recruitment for
new employees for the restaurant.
* Ensure smooth running of the
restaurant and ensured restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day.
* Ensure delivery of high
standard of service at all times.
* Support employee performance
and encourage to an acceptable standard.
* Assist and support training
and development of all employees.
* Deal effectively with
customer complaints
Required
Qualifications & Experience:
* 2 year’s experience in a
similar role
* Team management experience
* Excellent communication
skills
* Meticulous attention to
detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
* A proactive self-starter who
can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
