Join Our Team as a Strategic Meetings Consultant!
We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Meetings Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen consultative approach.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your exceptional negotiation skills to source venues, resulting in impactful meetings and events that drive results.
Your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions will set you apart as you connect with stakeholders and ensure their objectives are met. We are looking for someone who excels in multitasking and can juggle various projects without breaking a sweat. With strong organisational skills, you’ll prioritise tasks effectively and stay on top of deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
When faced with high-pressure situations, you remain calm and focused, delivering exceptional service while navigating complex discussions.
Must haves
* Proven experience in strategic meetings management, corporate travel, or event planning.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge of UK venues and commitment to maintain this, visiting venues for site visits/ familiarisation trips and industry exhibitions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
* Ability to multi task, effectively manage own workload and remain calm under pressure
* Confidence to meet face to face with our clients to obtain briefs, attend venue site visits and build stronger relationships
