What Youll Be Doing Youll take full commercial ownership of high-value civils projects from early cost planning to final account. This role is hands-on, strategic, and central to project success. Your responsibilities include: Leading commercial delivery across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways Managing cost plans, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting Running procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration Handling variations, compensation events, and change control Advising teams on NEC/JCT contracts and commercial risk Working closely with planners, estimators, engineers, and site teams Travelling 3 nights per week, with 1 hybrid day for flexibility Closing out projects with clean, timely final accounts Why This Role Stands Out This is a high-impact position in a company thats scaling fast.
