Pricing Delivery Manager - West Midlands 2 x per week - Hospitality
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pricing Delivery Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of pricing strategies for a hospitality-focused client. This role bridges commercial strategy, data analytics, and operational execution to ensure pricing initiatives drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning across multiple channels and properties.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market demand, and customer behaviour
* Translate commercial objectives into actionable pricing models across rooms, packages, F&B, and ancillary services
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing decisions
Delivery & Implementation
* Lead end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives, from concept through deployment and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
* Oversee pricing system configurations, integrations, and enhancements
Data & Analytics
* Leverage data analytics to evaluate pricing performance, identify opportunities, and recommend adjustments
* Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and conversion rates
* Utilize forecasting models to anticipate demand and optimize pricing accordingly
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Communicate pricing strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
* Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor a team of analysts and pricing specialists (if applicable)
* Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented culture
* Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes are consistently met
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, Data Analytics, or related field
* 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy within hospitality or related sectors
* Proven experience delivering pricing or revenue management solutions at scale
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience working with pricing or revenue management systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with dynamic pricing algorithms or machine learning models
* Familiarity with distribution channels (OTAs, direct booking platforms, GDS)
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
* Exposure to multi-property or global hospitality environments
