We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years equivalent post qualified experience. About the team: As an Adult Social Worker who works within the Mental Health Team, you are expected to provide person - centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating services and advocating for clients' needs. You will work collaboratively with health professionals. This role offers a stable contract opportunity. About you: To be qualified for this role you must hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England. You should have experience working with adults with mental health needs, a solid understanding of relevant legislation. What's on offer? £35.00 hourly umbrella (PAYE payment options available also).
