Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Role Purpose:
Bring a high level of Learning & Development expertise to design and deliver exceptional solutions and experiences for our people leaders-driving sustainable change and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse organisational data to identify learning and development needs.
2. Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programmes using a blended learning approach (70:20:10).
3. Deliver culture change programmes and workshops at site level.
4. Provide coaching and mentoring to people leaders and support complex development needs.
5. Facilitate team workshops and bespoke L&D solutions for Business Units.
6. Manage programme logistics, including nominations, participants, and guest speakers.
7. Maintain programme scorecards, analyse impact data, and report monthly.
