Exciting New Job Opportunity – Office Assistant Your new company An exciting opportunity to join a modern British design company that manufactures, retails and supplies contemporary design products. Join a dynamic and creative team who are looking for a new addition to their team to assist with the office on a day-day basis. Your new role Assist department heads with day-to-day office operations, including event and showroom set-ups Maintain office supplies and service contracts Purchase invoice processing and maintaining supplier account ledgers Assist the buying team with managing outstanding purchase orders, deliveries, and price updates Bank and credit card reconciliation Support onboarding, IT installs, and technical support calls What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in office administration or a logistics admin position Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with accounting software would be a bonus (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) Strong analytical ability and high level of accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team What you'll get in return Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience) Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am- 6pm 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing to 33 days with service) Staff discount, pension scheme A collaborative and creative working environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
