Senior Designer – Crypto & Web3 Focus
My client is hiring a Senior Designer to lead creative output across brand, product, and marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design instincts, a sharp portfolio, and proven experience in the crypto/Web3 space.
Responsibilities
* Develop and evolve brand visuals across digital channels
* Enhance design systems with custom graphics and illustrations
* Design clean, user-friendly interfaces and experiences
* Create assets for social media, campaigns, and communications
* Lead website design and ensure brand consistency
* Produce motion graphics and short-form video content
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams
* Present ideas clearly and adapt to feedback
Requirements
* Strong experience in visual, UI/UX, and motion design
* Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
* Proven ability to build and manage design systems
* Portfolio showing creative range and storytelling
* Solid grasp of typography, layout, and colour
* Excellent communicator and team player
* Crypto/Web3 experience is essential
